As an indication:
- data relating to contact, information or demonstration requests is kept for the time necessary to process the request, then for a maximum period of three years from the user's last contact;
- data relating to professional prospects may be kept for three years from the last active exchange;
- data relating to customers, contracts, orders, services and invoices is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for the time necessary to comply with legal, accounting, tax or evidentiary obligations;
- support data is kept for the time necessary to process the request, then archived for a period proportionate to follow-up, evidentiary or service improvement needs;
- browsing and cookie data is kept according to the durations specified in the Cookie Policy.
Once the applicable periods have elapsed, data is deleted, anonymized or securely archived when required by law.
Article 10 — Data security
A2Display implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction or any unlawful use.
These measures may notably include access management, account security, data backup, limiting authorizations, protecting infrastructure and raising awareness among people authorized to process data.
